Couldn't get better treatment in Cornwall, all staff kind, caring, excellent knowledge & very professional. I read online about their waiting times well if you got to sit there a little longer for your appointment, you really shouldn't mind as if you are getting the service I received well worth waiting for. Anyone might need a little longer in the chair but that's for a decent reason. Let the professional dentists do their jobs. 1 day you might need a few minutes longer at least each patient get a full service of care. I've waited for my appointment before but at least you know the service you receive is 110%. Well done Wadebridge Dental Care :)
The team at Wadebridge dental were amazing when I was suffering with severe pain from a Wisdom tooth extraction. I had no appointment and rang in the hope that they would be able to see me that day. The receptionist reassured me and said she would do all that she could do to help. Within in an hour I was seen and treated for an infection, both the reception and dental team were fantastic in making this happen. The dentist Matt was amazing and talked through everything he was doing to put me at ease. He was patient and understanding. Thank you so much for the quick , friendly and amazing care. I normally see Brain with my children and he is also a fantastic dentist, he puts the children at ease, makes them laugh and they go home with a happy smile and a 'Puffer fish.' He also talks and gives you the time to discuss any procedures and worries you have. Thank you Wadebridge Dental Care.

A first rate practice, with very caring, skilled, professional courteous and charming dentists and hygienists ( mine, respectively, Dr Middleton and Demelza are wonderful - I have previously had extensive treatment in London and abroad, and none is better), with very helpful and responsive reception staff. Overall, a great practice, of which I count myself fortunate to be a patient.

I have very recently joined the practice having moved into the area at the end of last year. My initial appointment was very thorough & a follow-up appointment was made for me to see the hygienist. I have turned up today for that 2 hours early. Now I don't know who has made the error in appointment time - it could well be me BUT i have to say the 2 receptionists were not only very apologetic but have gone out of their way to resolve the problem. As I come from 15 miles away on the bus, appointments have to be fitted in around bus times. The 2 ladies went to great extremes to fit me in today & this resulted in the hygienist altering her lunch break so I could be seen within the hour. On top of that they also made me a lovely cup of coffee whilst I waited. Many thanks ladies- you have certainly gone the extra mile for me today. I look forward to being a regular patient at No 65.
Following years of anxiety about dentists after traumatic treatment in the 60's/70's, this left me with a serious phobia about dentists and oral dental health. Finally, with tooth loss and family pressure, I bit the bullet (figuratively speaking !) and decided to look at the options available and consulted my current dentist who only gave the option of denture plates, nothing else would work. Having a serious gag reflex, this was not an option as I would not be able to either have the fitting or use of a denture. A friend had heard of No 65 in Wadebridge and suggested i call them to ask about implants - this I did and within 2 days had an appointment with Mark Durnall. What a difference to every previous dentist experience - here was a professional who explained everything in language that was free of jargon and made sense. He did a full review and confirmed that I could have other options other than just a denture - the most sensible being the "smile-in-a-day" implant treatment. At no time was I pressured into any decision, all options were considered and Mark and his team could not have been any more helpful. After discussions with my family, I agreed to go for the fitting of a top implant and a full timetable and cost plan was given with everything explained fully as to what would happen and, more importantly, why. Very professional BUT very friendly and the welcome from everyone at the surgery could not have been more appreciated. Following up, a couple of pre-treatment visits (Hannah the hygienist - a star! Helped get things on track ready and, again, explained WHY things were needed and when). Day of the surgery went well, temporary set and I can honestly say I never had any paid or discomfort from the op, amazing. Liquid diet for 5 weeks (they don't tell you how much weight you will lose - bonus!). Few more visits for review and just had the final set fitted - could not be more pleased. A big thank you also to James, the Dental Lab - fantastic job! In summary, have been well impressed with the treatment, welcome and most of all the professionality of Mark and everyone at No 65, I could not praise them enough. It is amazing how much more confidence I feel now - I can actually smile without being self-conscious! Thank you all, Les
